Wellness Foundation Series Part 1 - Skills for Time Management

The Foundation Series is a series of 4 short skill-based workshops for academic success with a particular focus on mental health and well-being. Come ask your questions, learn new skills, and find out what resources are available to students. Each session is 45 minutes.

The Foundation Series Part 1: Skills for Time Management

Having difficulty managing your time? Are your academic and social commitments out of balance? Would you like to use your time more effectively AND enjoy your down time more fully? Come set your intentions, boost your motivation, troubleshoot challenges, and (mostly importantly) take the pressure off!

This workshop is Part 1 in a series of 4 short skill-based workshops designed to explore a skill for first year success. Each workshop is designed to stand alone but participants are encouraged to attend all 4.
