Labyrinths are ritual, symbolic pathways that found around the world and throughout history. A labyrinth is not a maze, but rather a single path that takes you to the centre.

This workshop teaches participants how to balance confidence and professionalism with dynamic physical and vocal presence. Specifically, participants will learn the importance of gestures and vocal variety; as well as how to use physical space, naming and props.
This interactive workshop is designed to equip participants with a greater understanding of what microaggressions are, the ways people are impacted, and how to intervene when they occur.
