Skills for Managing Stress

Do you have difficulty coping with stress? Feel you lack a sense of personal control in your life? Do you struggle with setting goals and problem solving? Join this workshop to acquire the skills to effectively cope with stress and feel comfortable utilizing these skills when needed. The workshop will focus on discovering the effects of stress on the body, discussing and practicing skills for managing stress, and creating individual action plans.

This is a 2 session workshop taking place on November 11 & 18.聽 Please plan on attending both sessions.
