Skills for Managing Anxiety & Stress

Do you have difficulty coping with stress? Feel you lack a sense of personal control in your life? Do you struggle with setting goals and problem solving? Join this workshop to acquire the skills to effectively cope with stress and feel comfortable utilizing these skills when needed. This 2 session workshop will focus on discovering the effects of stress on the body, discussing and practicing skills for managing stress, and creating individual action plans.

Please register 24 hours prior to the start time of the workshop to receive the invitation to the online meeting.

Note: This workshop consists of two聽sessions. Please plan on attending both dates.
