Mindfulness Meditation in 15 Self-care for Engineering Student's
Join LWA, Lauren Weber, as we create a regular, safe space where meditation beginners can gather to relax and disconnect. Meditation promotes stress relief, anxiety reduction, and other emotional and physical health benefits. It's time to invest in YOU, especially during exam time! All levels of experience welcome- feel free to pop by & say hello!听Available for all Engineering students.
