Helping A Friend Workshop Q & A
If your friend or family member allows you to, you can support them by being there, listening, and letting them know you care and want to support them in finding help. Our Helping a Friend workshop is a four part online series that focuses on how to recognize signs of distress, practice how to effectively respond when someone is open to help, and how to protect ourselves in the process.聽
NOTE: This live Q&A is a follow-up for those who attend the聽on-demand Helping a Friend workshop. You must watch that workshop series before participating in this Q&A session.聽
