Emotion Regulation Skills for Law Student

The goal of the emotion regulation workshop is to help participants develop and improve emotion regulation. The goal of this session is to teach you tools to develop emotional awareness, develop understanding of negative emotions, learn to accept negative emotions, learn new strategies to lessen the intensity and duration of emotional responses, and learn to increase positive emotions and engage in activities that bring joy and satisfaction.听

Please register 24 hours prior to the start time of the workshop to receive the invitation to the online meeting.
