Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Workshop: Strategies to Improve Low Mood and Reduce Anxiety
This workshop will introduce students to a variety of cognitive-behavioural therapy techniques to help manage anxiety and mood, including strategies for relaxation, managing stress, and achieving more balanced thinking.
This is a 2 session workshop taking place on Oct. 1 & 8.聽 Please plan on attending both dates.
