Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Workshop: Strategies to Improve Low Mood and Reduce Anxiety For Arts Students
Two-part workshop to learn about Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and use tools and strategies听to gain more control over your听thoughts, emotional reactions, and听behaviors.
This workshop is taking place on March 19 & 26.听 Please plan on attending both sessions.
