The Office of E-IDEA (Engineering Inclusivity, Diversity, and Equity Advancement)聽provides support for students, staff, and faculty to create a more equitable, inclusive, and welcoming culture within the Faculty of Engineering and associated design professions. E-IDEA鈥檚 programs and services facilitate practical applications of equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in teaching and learning, research, community engagement, advocacy, leadership, and teamwork. The overall vision is to sustainably increase the capacity for inclusive leadership and positive social impact among all individuals, teams, and units in the Faculty of Engineering.聽
