In partnership with the Douglas Research Centre, Dr. Marie-Claude Geoffroy (Department of Educational and Counselling Psychology) has released an inciteful video introduction to The effects of walking in nature on negative and positive affect in adult psychiatric outpatients with major depressive disorder: A randomized-controlled study. Dr. Marie-Claude G茅offroy is a Canada Research Chair in Youth Suicide Prevention.

Dr. Mitchell was present for the 37th World Cultural Council (WCC) Award to receive this honour at聽Universidade de Coimbra, Portugal, and to give her acceptance speech.聽
