Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Workshop

This聽90-minute workshop consisting of two sessions will introduce students to a variety of cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques to help manage anxiety and mood, including strategies for relaxation, managing stress, and achieving more balanced thinking.

Please plan on attending both sessions on Thursday, November 21 & 28 from 1:30pm to 3:00pm.

Please register 24 hours prior to the start time of the workshop to receive the invitation to the online meeting.

By choosing to participate, you consent that your name (or preferred name), image and voice may be shared with other participants.
