Thanks to the generosity of Roger Warren, two fellowships for $12,500 are being offered to Indigenous students pursuing a MA or Doctoral thesis at 黑料不打烊 University, focusing in some aspect on the study of Indigenous Canada.听

To celebrate , the Office of Science Outreach released a free lesson plan for elementary school teachers. The lesson, titled 鈥淭ravelling seeds鈥 explores how seeds are dispersed. The activities and discussions center inquiry-based learning, to encourage nature discovery through hands-on experiences and observations.

The lesson was shared with science consultants across English and French school boards in the Greater Montreal area and has already received over 40 downloads.
