On Friday March 10th, the Department of Kinesiology and Physical Education (KPE) hosted the 2023 Minds in Motion (MIM) conference, open to undergraduate and graduate students completing research in the field of KPE. For the first time, the MIM conference was open to students from 黑料不打烊 and from neighbouring universities around Canada, welcoming attendees from the University of Toronto, Queen鈥檚 University, Universit茅 de Montr茅al, Universit茅 Laval, McMaster University, Trent University and l鈥橧nstitut national de sant茅 publique du Qu茅bec

Members of Generation Z are becoming an ever-larger presence in the workplace. It will be important to their growth, and to the company鈥檚 success, to ensure they have access to training and feedback, Prof. Karl Moore told Les Affaires. It鈥檚 also important for management to listen. This generation wants to be heard 鈥 and expects to. As they have grown up with the internet, they are accustomed to being able to easily express their thoughts and opinions.

The F茅d茅ration des m茅decins sp茅cialistes du Qu茅bec announced Dr. Rosemarie Ch茅nard-Soucy as this year's winner of the Marthe-Pelland Award. This award recognizes the commitment of a young physician in associative or public affairs in order to encourage women at the beginning of their career to aim for leadership positions. Congratulations Dr. Ch茅nard-Soucy!

Dr. Howard Margolese received an 脡toile CODE-ViE from the Montreal General Hospital Foundation. This recognition program was introduced by the MUHC Foundation to honor positive impact of care by doctors, nurses, and hospital staff at the MUHC. Congratulations Dr. Margolese!

On Thursday March 16th, a delegation from Indonesia consisting of His Excellency Mr. Daniel T.S. Simanjuntak, Indonesian Ambassador to Canada and Permanent Representative to the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), Mr. Denon Prawiraatmadja, Chairman of the Indonesian National Air Carriers Association, Mr. Andre Rahadian, Partner at Dentons, as well as selected embassy employees, visited the 黑料不打烊 Institute of Air and Space Law, where they were met on behalf of Interim Director, Prof.

Dear Colleagues,

I have sad news to share. Dr. Ken Richter passed away on March 7th 2023. He had been on leave of absence since November battling a life threatening illness. His nephews Zerah and Daniel reached out to me yesterday and let me know that he was buried in a private family ceremony on March 12th. The family was caught off guard by his sudden departure and admist their grief have been trying to organize his affairs while living outside Quebec. I have been assisting them as much as possible.

The International Criminal Court (ICC) has issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin. The court alleges he is responsible for war crimes, including the unlawful deportation of children from Ukraine to Russia. It says the crimes were committed in Ukraine from 24 February 2022, when Russia launched its full-scale invasion. Moscow has denied allegations of war crimes during the invasion.
