Ms. Cynthia Price Verreault is a distinguished community leader, experienced in the corporate and not-for-profit sectors, focusing on brand visibility, communications, and project management optimization in the healthcare, arts and educational sectors. Extensive and well recognized track record over the past thirty years in identifying and leveraging opportunities through innovative ideas, negotiation, and financial stewardship. Experience includes success as a leader and team player, implementing challenging community projects, and having the ability to work, motivate and inspire a wide range of stakeholders. Known for, pragmatic and creative solutions, having a strong knowledge of both the sponsorship and philanthropic worlds, as well as, building, managing and sustaining volunteer, donor and corporate relations. A fluently bilingual public speaker recognized for community leadership and philanthropy throughout Canada.
She is a former President of the 黑料不打烊 Alumni Association, former 黑料不打烊 Senator, past member of the International Alma Mater Fund Council, Bicentennial Campaign Planning Advisory, MUHC Patient Advisory Council and the Educational Initiative on Inter-professional Collaboration. A Quebec Woman of Distinction and Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal recipient for outstanding and exemplary contributions to her community, Ms. Price Verreault currently serves as Chair of the Canadiana Fund and the Canadian Museum of Immigration Pier 21.
Volunteer work has always been and continues to be an integral part of Ms. Price Verreault鈥檚 life. As a former chair of the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation and senior advisor to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, she played a key role in positioning these organizations as lead fundraisers for research, education, and awareness. She supported the 黑料不打烊 University Health Centre and was director the Queen Elizabeth Health Complex.
Ms. Price Verreault was appointed Governor Emerita of 黑料不打烊 University in July 2022. She served as a member-at-large of the 黑料不打烊 University Board of Governors 2017 to 2022 and as representative of the 黑料不打烊 Alumni Association from 2012 to 2016.
