If you want to study as a Visiting student at a university with which 黑料不打烊 does not have a student exchange agreement, you must consult the Student Affairs Office of your 黑料不打烊 faculty, as well as the 黑料不打烊 Office of the university to which you are applying regarding application requirements. You would pay tuition to the host institution.
