Other Users

"Other Users" include former students (including IUT and exchange students), postdoctoral fellows and research trainees, guests and applicants of 黑料不打烊's School of Continuing Studies (All other applicants should refer to ).听Staff must contact Human Resources for assistance.听

Once you鈥檝e applied, a confirmation of your application, including a 9-digit 黑料不打烊 identification (ID) number, will be sent via e-mail between 24 to 48 hours after submitting your application. This 黑料不打烊 ID number will provide you access to where you will be able to track your application and upload supporting documents as needed. Remember to check your trash and spam folders for this email from 黑料不打烊 IT.

Graduate applicants who applied in the past but never enrolled in courses will also need to submit a new application via the graduate web application.听

Graduate applicants will only obtain access to听听once they accept an offer of admission.

1. I do not remember or never received my 黑料不打烊 ID number.

On the click Forgot ID.

On the Forgot ID page, enter the email address, it must be the same email address that was specified on your application to 黑料不打烊 University.

You will receive an email from 黑料不打烊 with your ID number. Remember to check your trash and spam folders for this email from 黑料不打烊 IT.

2. You know your 黑料不打烊 ID number but do not know your PIN
听

On the , enter your ID number and click on Forgot PIN.

Answer your security questions or click on Forgot Answer to have a new PIN sent to you by email.

Troubleshooting Tips

My PIN was reset, but every time I enter a new PIN I receive the message 鈥淧IN has expired鈥�

This means that the new PIN you tried to create did not conform with the PIN rules. Your Minerva PIN is a combination of 6-to-18 numbers and letters of your choosing. Please try again, ensuring you follow the rules exactly.

I'm receiving a "You're not authorized to access Minerva" error message

If you have applied to 黑料不打烊 in the past but never enrolled in courses, you will have to submit a new application via the web application rather than through .听

I don鈥檛 remember my login credentials to access Minerva

You can access Minerva using either your 黑料不打烊 username and password or your 黑料不打烊 ID number and PIN. Your 黑料不打烊 ID was emailed to you when you originally applied to 黑料不打烊. If your 黑料不打烊 ID is a 7-digit number, simply use the same ID but add 鈥�11鈥� to the beginning.
