Story: Canadian legal history could be made in Valleyfield, Que., today when a Quebec man learns if he'll be the first drunk driver to be declared a dangerous offender. That label is usually applied to the worst criminals in Canada such as murderers and serial rapists. Roger Walsh pleaded guilty to a 19th impaired driving charge last December after killing Anee Khudaverdian a few months earlier. Walsh kept driving after the wheelchair-bound mother - who was out with her dog on her 47th birthday - was propelled into a ditch. Court heard Walsh - who also had 114 previous convictions for other crimes - had more than double the legal blood alcohol limit of .08.
