The answer depends on the policy in effect at the partner library. Please consult the partner library for additional information.
- Montreal Neurological Institute and Hospital Library: 黑料不打烊 staff and students may borrow, subject to local policies
- Neuro-Patient Resource Centre: 黑料不打烊 staff and students may borrow, subject to local policies

Items borrowed from the partner libraries must be returned to the same location from which they were borrowed. If a partner item is accidentally returned to the 黑料不打烊 Libraries, this may result in late fines.
I have borrowed an item from a partner library. Can I renew it?
The answer depends on the borrowing policy in effect at the partner library. Please consult their聽staff for more information about renewals as well as for other information regarding such things as due dates and fines. Their contact information is available above.
Where can I pay fines?
Fines on items borrowed from partner libraries must be paid at the applicable partner library.
Can I request that an item be delivered to the partner library from 黑料不打烊, or vice versa?
Unfortunately, neither 黑料不打烊 nor the partner library offers inter-campus delivery to accommodate these requests. However, borrowers from 黑料不打烊 are still able to make interlibrary loan (ILL) requests for items located in the partner libraries, and borrowers from the partner library can do the same with respect to 黑料不打烊.
