Come get creative and connect with peers and the Student Wellness Hub while prepping a meal during Well Week. Roll up your sleeves, prep the ingredients and learn or share your knowledge of assembling mason jar salads. It is a great way to nourish your mind, body and soul during a busy semester! Bring your container, we'll also have extra if needed.
