Moving to a new city, province, or country can be a big challenge! The province of Quebec is unique in how health and social services are managed.
The Healthy Living annex is providing a workshop which will help you gain a better understanding where to get health and wellness support, and how to access & utilize Montreal's health services to the best of your ability.
The following topics will be covered:

- Navigating health & social services in Montreal
- Professionals who work in health & social services
- Identifying what to do and when to access care
When: Last Wednesday of every month 4:30pm - 6:00pm
