Mental Health First Aid (MHFA), from the Mental Health Commission of Canada, is a training program that provides skills and knowledge to better manage potential or developing mental health issues.听 MHFA is delivered in a user-friendly manner to appeal to different levels of experience and education, and is thus accessible to personnel from all university sectors: faculty, HR staff, advisors, floor fellows, security, etc.
- The format of delivery for the 12-hour MHFA course is over 2 back-to-back days. (Attendance on both days is required, 9am-4:30pm)
- The group size is between 8 - 24 participants.
- The cost per participant is $38, which includes the manual and a certificate of attendance.
- REGISTRATION & PAYMENT DEADLINE HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO FRIDAY JANUARY 17 @ 12:00 P.M.听听Payment can be made by debit or credit card at the Healthy Living Annex in the Brown Student Services Building, 3600 rue McTavish, Suite 3100.听Please make sure to bring your 黑料不打烊 I.D. card with you otherwise your payment will not be processed.听
