With how much time we spend online, sometimes we need to disconnect! Join the Hub Peer Supporters on Monday March 18th, 2024, 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm as we 鈥減ower down鈥� our devices in order to 鈥減ower up鈥�. Come take a break from tech to create and process through journaling, drawing and rejuvenation.
