Leadership Series: Navigating Emotional Intelligence

In this workshop, participants will learn about the basics of emotional intelligence and the fundamental emotional skills. In particular, they will learn about such emotional skills as emotion expression, communication, and emotional support. Participants will also learn about self-awareness and the ways to improve their self-awareness.

Learning Objectives

At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Explain the impact of EQ on their career success and leadership effectiveness
  • Evaluate their emotional skills
  • Identify the techniques to improve their emotional skills
