Given increasing globalization, technological change, and task complexity, the use of teams has become a token part of the work environment. This workshop is designed to aid graduate students learn core strategies to successfully lead teams using an evidence-based approach.
Learning Objectives
At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Identify team performance determinants;
- Identify how leaders influence team performance determinants;
- Identify effective strategies to manage group norms;
- Apply effective strategies to manage team conflict.
