Intro to myPath: Kickstart your IDP
Goal setting is an important predictor of success in university, and can help you transition successfully into your chosen career. By planning and aligning your activities with your goals and tracking your progress, you can enhance your wellbeing and greatly increase your chances of achieving your goals.
myPath鈥檚 mission is to help students and postdocs pursue their goals using an Individual Development Plan (IDP). Think of your IDP as a tailored roadmap that guides you from where you are now to where you want to be.听Learn more about myPath here:听
In this 1 hour session we will introduce you to the myPath toolkit, discuss what is involved in creating an Individual Development Plan (IDP), and provide an overview of the exercises in the different myPath tools (workbook, planner, online app and IDF handouts).
