Exercise for Wellness

This support group is open to all students who are looking for ways to incorporate exercise into their daily routine during this period where many of us are at home more frequently. This program will focus on using exercise as a tool for improving mood and managing stress. It will highlight the many psychological benefits of exercise and will equip participants with practical tools to help them overcome the obstacles to successfully integrating exercise into their lives.

Weekly sessions will incorporate both exercise and space for supportive discussion. Exercise will be done during the group using online videos accessible through YouTube.听Participants are welcome to attend any or all sessions. Please register 60 minutes prior to the start time of the group to receive the invitation to the online meeting.
