To share your medical information in a secure manner with the Disability Management Services, we recommend uploading your documents using the following tools with your 黑料不打烊 credentials:

Please contact Disability Management Services at聽disability.hr [at] mcgill.ca聽to receive information on the next steps in the management or your claim. Additionally, please inform your supervisor and/or your Human resources representatives of your absence.
Notification of Death, Life Insurance Claims and Benefits Documentation
To share information in a secure manner with the Benefits Office, we recommend uploading your documents using the following tool:
- MS Forms (link available soon) (upload your documents and obtain an acknowledgment of receipt)
Please advise the Benefits Office by email at聽benefits [at] mcgill.ca聽that you have uploaded documents.
