Hani Sadati, DISE, Wins Bronze in 2021 Serious Play Conference for PhD Project

The serious game, Mela, which was developed as part of Hani Sadati's PhD project won a Bronze medal in the 2021 Serious Play Conference (in Digital Games Created by Students category).

Mela aims to contribute to the capacity building of Ethiopian agriculture college instructors to combat sexual and gender-based violence on their campuses.

Drawing on the experiences of university-affiliated schools around the world, the CoLab will be a first of its kind in Canada, integrating teacher training, classroom practice, and cutting-edge pedagogical research.
