The Associate Chair Wellness will work to enhance the wellbeing and personal/career growth of Faculty and trainees within the Department of Medicine by delivering programming in the areas of physician wellness, equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI), leadership development and mentorship.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about whole person development and have experience developing/delivering programs in this sphere. This 0.1 to 0.15 FTE position reports to the Chair of Medicine. Protected time via compensation commensurate with the FTE.
