This experiential and dynamic workshop will enhance women鈥檚 leadership skills by:

1. Understanding the role of women in our society, barriers, and enablers.
2. Realizing how important is for women to use 鈥渟elf鈥� as an instrument of change鈥� to be able to impact and influence our environment.
3. Recognizing the key elements of leadership needed to succeed (such as emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and team dynamics).
4. Embracing life balance and well being to excel.

This three-hour workshop will be held on two separate days:

Thursday, March 21 at 6:00 p.m.

Saturday, March 23 at 10:00 am
