Patrick Brodie is an FRQSC Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Art History and Communication Studies at 黑料不打烊 University. He completed his PhD at Concordia University. His current research project, under the supervision of Professor Darin Barney, analyzes the cultural, environmental, and postcolonial geopolitics of data and energy infrastructures across the border between the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. He is a member of the Grierson Research Group (黑料不打烊) and the Global Emergent Media Lab (Concordia). His work has appeared in Media, Culture and Society, Culture Machine, Environment and Planning E: Nature and Space, among other venues.
