Current research:
Dr. Wu's laboratory is interested in discovery of novel chemical compounds as modulators of cancer targets, such as androgen receptor and its splice variant AR-V7, KRAS mutants, GATA2, Sting, Keap1-Nrf2, etc. Dr. Wu鈥檚 research focuses on: 1) Development of novel compounds for overcoming drug resistance due to mutations in drug target; 2) Development of novel small-molecule modulators as cancer immunotherapy; and 3) Development of methods in computational biologyandchemistry.
