Current research:
My research interests focused on the molecular mechanisms of oncogenesis and the development of novel therapies against solid tumors. I have focused on hard-to-treat pancreatic and gastroesophageal cancers and developed a clinically annotated set of reagents (organoids, patient derived xenografts, primary cell lines) that can be used as models of gastrointestinal cancer to address clinically relevant research questions.
