Biography: 

Dr Tanguay is currently Professor and Chair of the Division of Urology at 黑料不打烊 University and hold the M. Elhilali and D. Azrieli Chair in urologic sciences.

Dr Tanguay completed his residency training at 黑料不打烊 University and a fellowship in Urologic Oncology at the University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center.

Dr Tanguay served a member of the executive committee of the Genito-Urinary group at the National Cancer Institute of Canada and as the Chair of the Canadian Kidney Cancer information system from 2009 to 2016. He was the General Secretary of the Soci茅t茅 Internationale d鈥橴rologie from 2011 to 2016 and served as President from 2018-2019.

His research interests are on the development of precision medicine in kidney cancer with the aim to discover new strategy to detect cancer recurrence and develop novel therapeutic targets. Dr Tanguay is the Chair of the medical advisory board of Kidney Cancer Canada
