Overview

Law (CCE) : Effect of various laws and regulations on electronic business conducted on the Internet and elsewhere by examining intellectual property law, law of contracts, telecommunications law, broadcasting law, certain aspects of criminal law, electronic business law, privacy law as well as, certain aspects of tort law (such as online defamation).

Terms: This course is not scheduled for the 2011-2012 academic year.
