Overview

Management Science : Traditional decision model; utility theory including the expected utility axioms, multiattribute utility functions, and preference assessment methods; the role of information in decision-making including Bayesian analysis, valuation of information, and probability assessment methods; group decision-making including group preference functions and game theory; case applications of decision analysis to various areas of management.
