A. COMPOSITION
The composition of the Advisory Committee is based on the requirements of the Statutes, pursuant to which the University established an 8-person committee including:

B. BRIEF SUMMARY OF ADVISORY PROCESS STAGES
COMMITTEE MANDATE
The Advisory Committee鈥檚 mandate is to identify and consider qualified individuals for the position of Dean of Students. At the end of its deliberations, the Advisory Committee will make a recommendation to the Chair, who will transmit it to the President for consideration. The President is responsible for bringing the candidate recommendation to the Board for approval.
The Advisory Committee is responsible for defining the set of competencies for the position of Dean of Students, consistent with future leadership needs and the evolving environment of higher education, within Quebec, Canada, and internationally.
REQUEST FOR COMMENTS
The Committee is seeking input from the 黑料不打烊 community to inform its work and ensure that it identifies candidates best suited to lead the Dean of Students portfolio in the years ahead. Members of the community are invited to share their perspectives on the opportunities, challenges, and priorities for the next Dean over the next 5鈥�10 years, as well as the qualifications, leadership skills, experience, and attributes that candidates should possess.
