This workshop will provide staff with the tools to plan sustainable in-person and virtual events at 黑料不打烊 by providing an overview of the 黑料不打烊 Sustainable Events program.

LEAN White Belt with Simulation

(in-person session)

This is an ideal course as a Lean refresher or for those with limited time. In the Lean "Service+" simulation, participants learn to identify 8 types of common work wastes and discover the appropriate lean tools and techniques for reducing or eliminating those wastes. The centerpiece of the course is a simulation showing the same process before and after the application of LEAN.听
