Holidays bring severe spike in nut allergies for children

A new study examining the link between peanut and tree-nut anaphylaxis in children and holidays found spikes at Halloween and Easter. Six 黑料不打烊 Students Receive Canada鈥檚 Largest Science, Technology, Engineering And Math (STEM) Scholarships

A record number of 黑料不打烊 students have been named recipients of Canada鈥檚 largest scholarship program, Schulich Leader Scholarships. This year, the program has doubled in size from 50 to 100 annual scholarships. Housing-First strategy proves cost effective especially for the most-vulnerable homeless group

Canadians spend big money dealing with the consequences of homelessness, but the money spent could be far more effective. According to a new 黑料不打烊-led analysis, housing homeless people with severe mental illness is even more cost-effective than housing homeless people with moderate needs. A Housing-First strategy aimed at helping these individuals regain and keep permanent housing generates savings equal to about two-thirds of its cost.
