Volunteers will span out across Montreal this听evening in attempt to get an idea of how many people in the city have nowhere to call home.听Montreal's second homeless count aims to give policymakers a sense of the challenges facing the city.听"We are capturing the number of individuals who are chronically homeless, staying in the street. This is a group that really needs help," said听Eric听Latimer, who is organizing the count.
