This interactive workshop will offer participants a chance to learn about, and discuss, what being an 鈥渁ctive bystander鈥� means. As managers, when we encounter microaggressions, how do we intervene in ways that do not shut down, but open up our team culture and dynamics?听听

This workshop is a special offering for all administrative staff, with a particular focus on those with managerial/supervisory roles.听
