All our alumni were attracted immediately upon their graduation in academia, government and various types of industries including pharmaceutical and environmental.

All inquires at undergraduate, graduate and postdoctoral levels are welcome!
Mon, 15 Jun 2015 15:44:04 +0000 michael.havas@mcgill.ca 2023 at /meteo Development of Novel Analytical Techniques for Atmosphere and Interfacial Chemical Studies /meteo/facultystaff/ariya/analytical-techniques-atmosphere-and-interfacial-chemical-studies
Development of mercury chemical speciation:
Mon, 15 Jun 2015 14:59:30 +0000 michael.havas@mcgill.ca 2021 at /meteo Organic Compounds and Aerosols in the Atmopshere: Fundamental Laboratory and Computational Chemistry Studies /meteo/facultystaff/ariya/organic-compounds-and-aerosols-atmopshere
Ozonolysis reactions: impact on atmospheric oxidation
Mon, 15 Jun 2015 14:55:39 +0000 michael.havas@mcgill.ca 2020 at /meteo Halogen Chemistry /meteo/facultystaff/ariya/halogen-chemistry
Reactions of atmospheric oxidants with volatile and semi-volatile compounds and intermediates: Kinetic, thermo-chemical and mechanistic studies
Mon, 15 Jun 2015 14:43:37 +0000 michael.havas@mcgill.ca 2019 at /meteo Bioareosols: Microphysics, Aerosol-Cloud Interactions, Chemical Transformation and Biogeochemistry /meteo/facultystaff/ariya/bioareosols
Bioaerosols ice nucleation
Mon, 15 Jun 2015 14:33:36 +0000 michael.havas@mcgill.ca 2018 at /meteo Trace Metal Chemistry in Atmosphere and Atmosphere-Ice-Water-Snow Interfaces /meteo/facultystaff/ariya/trace-metal-chemistry
Kinetic and mechanistic study of oxidation-reduction mechanisms of mercury
Mon, 15 Jun 2015 14:15:31 +0000 michael.havas@mcgill.ca 2017 at /meteo Research /meteo/facultystaff/ariya/research
Our research is in the field of physical chemistry and analytical chemistry of relevance to the atmosphere and atmospheric interfaces (air/water/ice/snow). It focuses on the understanding of selected chemical transformations of organic compounds, as well as the understanding of trace metal pollutants in the atmosphere and at atmosphere/water/snow interfaces. Identifying such atmospheric processes can also be significant in understanding the complexity of air pollution and health hazards including airborne particulate matter (aerosols).
Mon, 15 Jun 2015 14:06:02 +0000 michael.havas@mcgill.ca 2016 at /meteo
