Zacharie Cloutier named Best Cheese in Quebec

Zacharie Cloutier from in the Eastern Townships, has been crowned best cheese in Quebec in the competition. The award-winning sheep-milk cheese produced by Marie-Chantale Houde, BSc (Agr)鈥�04 was the first cheese produced by the dairy in 2011.
The Fromagerie received awards for five of its cheeses at last week鈥檚 .
