Navigation improvements to the Archival Collections Catalogue interface

The has switched over to a more user-friendly interface to help users navigate archival descriptions. The fresh look will allow researchers to better visualize the relationships between records in a fonds or collection and move between record descriptions.
The Catalogue now features a horizontal navigation element on the top of record description pages to display the hierarchical arrangement of the fonds.
Other improvements over previous navigation include:
- Quicker, more responsive scrolling to reveal a fonds arrangement
- Easier navigation out to descriptions of other records within a fonds
- Simultaneous display of 鈥淨uick search鈥� search results in the sidebar and the fonds hierarchy in the top element
