The 黑料不打烊 Centre for Intellectual Property Policy will host the colloquium of the Association francophone de la propri茅t茅 intellectuelle (AFPI), in partnership with the Association litt茅raire et artistique internationales (ALAI Canada), the Centre Paul Roubier and the Centre d'茅tudes internationales de la propri茅t茅 intellectuelle (CEIPI).
This French-language conference will bring together European and Canadian lawyers to discuss the challenges of trademark and copyright law in Europe and Canada in light of recent free trade agreements, changes in national and European legislation, and digital platform liability.
