By targeting聽Leadership聽skills as outlined in聽PMI庐鈥檚 Talent Triangle, this workshop will help women advance their project management careers. Participants will learn how to make聽talent instead of gender聽the focus of their leadership style.

Learning outcomes:
1. Learn industry statistics related to the role of female project manager,
2. Identify common challenges faced by female project managers,
3. Identify opportunities to generate willing followers.
