August 1 is the last day to submit participation/attendance lists for activities that happened before July 1, 2025. Any participant lists received after August 1 will not be processed.
Interested in learning how to cope more effectively with the stress and anxiety of exams? Join this workshop to acquire the skills to better manage exam聽anxiety and feel comfortable utilizing these skills when needed. This workshop will focus on recognizing signs of exam聽anxiety, applying techniques to manage exam聽anxiety, and identifying steps you can take before, during, and after exams聽to reduce anxiety.
