Building upon concepts introduced in "Project Planning: Essential Elements," this seminar presents the distinguishing behaviours of "best in class" project leaders, including the ability to self-manage, build high-performing teams, and create positive stakeholder relationships across all levels. Join us to learn simple and effective techniques to bring your project plan to life!

This workshop will equip participants with industry-proven strategies to execute their project plans on time, on budget, and with high customer satisfaction. Focusing on the execution phase of the project management life cycle,聽this seminar may be taken alone or following the 鈥淧roject Planning: Essential Elements鈥� seminar.
