Improve your聽facilitation of group discussions or meetings聽through this聽dynamic active-learning workshop! Simultaneously build on your leadership, presentation, teaching and communication skills with peers in a supportive space. This workshop offer a unique opportunity to explore the emerging skills used by individuals and groups to manage change towards professional excellence based on authenticity, autonomy and integrity.
Why?聽Facilitation allows everyone to express themselves, keeps discussions moving and maintains a safe, respectful group environment. It also give a practical insight into the hidden curriculum of class or group dynamics and managing change towards professional excellence.
This experiential workshop is for all levels of students, whether you have facilitation experience or not.
